program awarded to outstanding students and researchers pursuing full-time or
short-term programs at leading Turkish universities.
✦ The program aims to build a network of future leaders committed to
strengthening cooperation between countries and promoting mutual understanding
among societies.
● University Admission: Sent to your email after the interview
● Monthly Allowance: Associate & Bachelor’s: 4,500 TRY, Master’s: 6,500
TRY, PhD: 9,000 TRY
● Tuition Fees: Fully covered by the administration
● Language Study: One full year of Turkish language study for free
● Health Insurance: Free throughout the study period
● Student Accommodation: Free for the duration of study
● Flight Costs: One-time free flight with visa to Turkey

● Research proposal and written sample (PhD applicants only)
Important Notes:
● All candidates who do not hold a Turkish language proficiency
certificate (including those placed in programs taught in English or other
languages) must attend a one-year Turkish language preparatory course and
achieve C1 level by the end of the academic year.
Minimum Academic Achievement
● Associate & Bachelor’s: 70%
● Master’s & PhD: 75%
● Health Sciences (Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy): 90%

● Master’s: Under 30 years old
● PhD: Under 35 years old
● Research Fellowship: Under 50 years old

● High school graduates or students graduating by the end of the current
academic year (before August)

● Turkish citizens or those who have obtained Turkish citizenship
